Refund and Cancellation Policy

Dadaji Dhyan Kendra reserves the right to refuse or cancel a donation towards its activities if:

  1. The donor does not specify the purpose of the donation.

  2. The donor does not provide full name, address, and other contact details.

  3. The donor does not provide PAN or Aadhar when donating an amount less than ₹ 10,000, or PAN when donating ₹ 10,000 or more.

 

If a donation is made but due to slow internet connectivity, bank server issues, or technical problems on the website, the donor does not receive a confirmation message and finds that the money has been debited, please contact us at: shrisadgurudadaji@gmail.com. We will check the transaction status and update you accordingly.

 

If there is an error in making a donation and the donor wishes to request a refund, please contact us at shrisadgurudadaji@gmail.com or call +91-97696-46705 with your order number within three days, stating the reason for the refund. We will process the refund.

Please Note:

  1. Refunds will not be provided if Section 80G Donation Receipts have already been issued or dispatched to the donor.

  2. All refund requests must be made by the donor or the credit card holder.

  3. Refund requests must include the donor's name and/or transaction number.

  4. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
